Ideal for a stay with family or friends for up to 4 guests, the independent house Réjane (rated 2 stars by Gîtes de France) offers a beautiful surface area of 38 m². Renovated in 2026, it guarantees modern comfort. This accommodation, air-conditioned in the bedrooms and heated, consists of two separate bedrooms: on one side, a master bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm), and on the other, a second bedroom with two single beds (90x190 cm) along with a lounge/TV area. The house opens onto a functional bathroom with a shower and toilet.
You will also enjoy a new, fully equipped kitchen with its dining area: stovetop, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle, and coffee makers. A free WiFi connection is provided throughout the accommodation.
Your private outdoor space
In front of the house, a large, semi-shaded terrace awaits you with its garden furniture. It is the perfect spot for outdoor meals, sunbathing, or taking a nap, surrounded by oleanders, orange trees, and lemon trees that diffuse delightful scents. A shed housing your private washing machine is also located on the terrace.
Relaxation areas and shared services
To perfect your stay, the estate gives you access to numerous facilities. Cool off in our large shared swimming pool, or share a convivial moment around the shared plancha grill. Activities are also at your disposal: ping-pong, bocce ball court (pétanque), paddleboards, and bikes for your rides. Finally, you can park your vehicle safely in our closed parking lot secured by a keypad gate.

A family estate between land and sea
Since 1958, "Au Chant des Cigalous" has been unfolding its history on a 4,000 m² property. It shows a true link between the Provençal countryside and the coastline, since the estate blossoms in the heart of a Mediterranean garden where orange, lemon, and olive trees coexist, complemented by the authenticity of a vegetable garden and a henhouse. It truly is the countryside right by the water!

In contrast to mass real estate standards, the property exclusively houses authentic single-story cottages equipped with shaded terraces. We fully embrace a rigorous eco-responsible approach: optimized management of water and energy consumption, selective sorting, and recycling of food waste thanks to our henhouse. Let your car rest safely in a closed and secure parking lot, then enjoy durable mobilities with the bicycles and paddleboards we lend you free of charge.
Swimming Pool & Proposed Activities
We provide comprehensive facilities to enhance your stay: the large swimming pool opened in 2023 (15.5 m x 5.6 m, progressive depth from 0.4 to 1.5 m, chlorine treatment), a pétanque court perfect for games of "boules" or Mölkky, as well as a ping-pong table. To vary the pleasures, opt for a sunbathing session at the Le Cros fine sandy beach, just a 5-minute walk away! (Feel free to borrow a paddleboard for free...) Finally, with the bicycles we lend you at no cost, go for a ride on the Gaou peninsula or to Mont Salva, and stroll through the authentic village of Le Brusc!
A Privileged Geographical Location
"Au Chant des Cigalous" is ideally located and allows you to completely let go of your car: the estate is located just 400 meters away from the beach, the lively village of Le Brusc, local shops, and the surrounding protected natural sites.

Reservations and House Rules
Check-in / Check-out: Check-in is from 3:00 PM. On the day of departure, the accommodation must be vacated by 10:00 AM.
No Smoking: For the comfort of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the gite.
Quiet Hours: To preserve the peace and tranquility of the estate, please avoid making noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
Guests: You may welcome up to a maximum of 4 guests. However, they do not have access to the common areas (swimming pool, parking, bicycles).
Pets: Pets are not allowed by default. Prior agreement (with a supplement) is mandatory.
Pool Area: Swimming is unsupervised (unaccompanied minors are prohibited). A specific agreement must be signed upon your arrival.

- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund of the deposit.
- Between 30 and 60 days before arrival: 50% refund of the deposit.
- Less than 30 days before arrival: no refund of the deposit.
