Pool rules

Document to be signed upon arrival before use

Article 1 – The pool is UNSUPERVISED and strictly reserved for guests staying in the cottages (not for any visitors).

Article 2 – MINORS must be accompanied at all times by an adult who can swim and will be under that adult’s constant supervision and responsibility. Young children must not be left alone at the poolside under any circumstances.

Article 3 – The pool is open from June 1 to September 30. It is accessible daily from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM and from 2:30 PM to 7:30 PM, except in cases of force majeure (bad weather, thunderstorms, cleaning, etc.)

Article 4 – Pool users agree:

– To take a shower before their first swim and use the footbath each time they enter the pool area.

– To remove their shoes when entering the pool area.

– Not to leave any items near the pool before leaving, including towels. No reserving lounge chairs.

– Never to bring glass objects, particularly for drinking.

– To check that the access door is closed after each entry into or exit from the pool area.

– To tie back long hair or, failing that, to wear a swim cap.

Article 5 – As with a municipal pool, it is prohibited:

– Enter the pool when it is considered closed between 7:30 PM and 9:30 AM.

– Run around the pool.

– Urinate in the pool.

– Speak loudly to respect the privacy of others and the neighbors.

– Diving, splashing, pushing someone into the water, or doing “dives.”

– Shouting and organizing games around the pool, including ball games.

– Smoking, eating, or chewing gum.

Article 6 – Users must be covered by liability insurance and are financially liable for any damage that may be caused to the facilities, equipment, and amenities.

Article 7 – The owners of Au Chant Des Cigalous cannot be held liable for incidents or accidents resulting from failure to comply with these rules.

Article 8 – Pool users agree to these rules. The owner is responsible for enforcing them. Any violation will result in a ban from the pool without the possibility of compensation.
